What methods of payment are accepted for online orders?

We accept a three different types of payment methods online for customers and the option to pay via wire transfer for approved Wholesale Accounts. For faster checkout and to see your order history, we recommend creating an account with us.  Product subscriptions (auto-ship) require credit cards.*

PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

  • CREDIT CARDS - We accept most major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club.  Prepaid credit cards are also accepted, however some prepaid cards may not work for various reasons and we are unable to troubleshoot these issues.  We processes credit cards using Shopify Payments, which is secure and encrypted to protect your financial information.  We do not store or have access to any of your financial information such as credit card numbers or passwords.  
  • PAYPAL - We accept payments via PayPal, which can be made with a bank account, credit card, your PayPal Balance, or PayPal Credit.  Many people love PayPal for online shopping because it speeds up the checkout process and gives you an added layer of security.  We currently do not accept eChecks from PayPal.
  • APPLE PAY - Buy with the touch of a fingerprint!  If you have a supported Apple Computer, iPad, and/or iPhone with an active ApplePay , you can also use this as a quick and secure way to pay for your order.  
  • WIRE TRANSFER - If you have a wholesale account with Hairprint, you may be approved to pay via wire transfer.  This option is not available to customers.  Contact us for more details.

PAYMENT METHODS WE DO NOT ACCEPT

  • Checks of Any Kind - Personal, Money Order, Cashiers, eCheck
  • Bitcoin, Uphold, Coinbase, Dwolla, Bitpay
  • Cash, Coin, C.O.D.

WE CANNOT SELL PRODUCTS UNLESS THEY ARE ORDERED ONLINE AND SHIPPED

From time to time, customers drop by our physical address to purchase products.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate in person retail sales.  We are partnering with a local businesses that will be able to retail our products shortly.  Please check our Salon/Reseller locator.

*If you check out with a subscription item in your cart or try to place a subscription order, the only payment option will be with a major credit card.  There is presently no way to offer multiple payment options for subscriptions.  We do not recommend using an E-VISA or preloaded credit card for subscription orders as your schedule may get interrupted.  Subscriptions that fail 10 consecutive payment attempts will be cancelled automatically.

We take chargebacks very seriously.  We understand that sometimes things go wrong and that you may not be satisfied.  Please contact us before issuing a chargeback or disputing payment of a purchase.
