I refused my order. What happens now?

 

Please do not refuse any orders, but rather use our automated return portal if you are in the U.S..  If you are outside the U.S., please contact our support team for further assistance.

Orders that are refused may not be eligible for a refund, and restocking fees of 20% will be applied to any order considered eligible for a refund within policy.

If an order is refused or unclaimed by the recipient/consignee outside of the U.S., it is considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
