I received a damaged, flawed or defective product. What do I do?

We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected. If you receive a damaged, flawed, or defective product and would like a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@myhairprint.com.

Once we receive your photos and order number, we’ll review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

Please note: If the product is used or discarded before the issue is reviewed and resolved, a refund or replacement cannot be issued.
