I paid for shipping insurance and my order was damaged. What happens next?

If your order was lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier, we will file a claim on your behalf and ship you a replacement order after the investigation is complete.

  • If your order was damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear, high-quality photos of the damage. We cannot submit a claim without evidence for the carrier.
  • If your order was marked delivered but not received and did not have a signature-required delivery, we will assist in investigating the issue. However, neither Hairprint nor the shipping carrier covers losses in these cases.
