Hairprint will replace any order that is lost in transit or arrives damaged only if the customer purchased insured or signature-required shipping at checkout. Refunds are not offered under these circumstances. If insured/signature-required shipping isn’t available in your area or you need special delivery arrangements, please contact us.
If an order is marked delivered by the carrier but was not received and did not have a signature-required delivery, the customer must reach out to us directly and confirm the issue with the shipping carrier. We will assist in investigating the matter, but neither Hairprint nor the shipping carrier covers losses in these cases. Please see our refund policy for more information.
