Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Please note: Mondays are our busiest day, so changes are much harder to accommodate then.

For faster service, make sure you reach out using the same email address you used to place your order—this makes it easier for us to quickly locate your order.

Important note: If your subscription has automatically placed an order, cancelling your subscription does not cancel the order.
