Thank you for signing up for a Hairprint subscription!
To ensure you have complete control over your subscription and its settings, we encourage you to manage your subscription preferences directly through our website. This allows you to easily update your details, review your plan, and make any necessary changes at your convenience.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you view and manage your subscription:
Step 1: Click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner to access the login page.

Step 2: Log into your account and click “My Subscriptions.”

Step 3: In your subscription portal, your Account Information is at the top of the page. Click on "Edit" to change your name, email, and phone number. Be sure to select "Save Changes."

Step 4: Your active subscriptions, payment information, and order frequency are also in your subscription portal. Click on "Show Details" to make changes.

Step 5: In the dropdown menu under "Manage Upcoming Orders," you can change your orders using the "Pause Future Orders," "Order Now," or "Skip Shipment" buttons. Be sure to select "Save Changes."

Step 6: Another way to change or skip your order dates is to click "Edit Future Order" (located above the dropdown menu), and select the date you want the following order to ship. You can apply this to the next order or all future orders. You can also select "Pause Future Orders" until you decide when you'd like your next order shipped. Be sure to select "Save Changes."


Subscription Notifications: We send a notification 5 days before your upcoming order. Please watch for these so you can make any revisions before the order ships. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or make changes, but we will do our best to assist you.
