If you're experiencing a significant delay in the delivery of your order, please check your tracking number and/or contact the shipping carrier. If it appears that your order was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Regarding Free Shipping: As of September 1st, 2016, we have discontinued using FedEx SmartPost as a shipping service. All orders that qualify for free shipping in the United States will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground at our discretion.
