Please carefully read all information on this page before returning any products!

We use an automated return system for any order shipped to the U.S.  If you wish to return an international shipment, please contact support for further assistance.

The cost of return shipping is calculated by weight/distance via USPS.  We do not have other carriers nor can we accommodate flat rate, regional, or cubic pricing rates for returns.  Though we understand you may prefer to use a different shipping method, we are unable to accommodate requests at this time except for international customers.

How to Make an Automated Return (U.S. Customer Only):

To start with an automated return, please go to myhairprint.returnly.com and enter the e-mail used to place the order.  You will receive an e-mail with a link to your unique return portal based on your order history. You will see all products eligible for a return and be able to print a return label that includes your order number and RMA number.

*** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH A RETURN ***

• Products returned to Hairprint must be in brand new/unopened condition and be returned to our location within 45 days from the date of purchase. Items returned to us after the 45 day window may be refused or discarded and are not eligible for a refund. Hairprint is not liable for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit.  Any and all items returned to Hairprint may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed after it has been received.

• Products that are cosmetically flawed/damaged, opened (this includes opening the sealing sticker of a Hairprint Kit box), used, or in any other condition that disqualifies them from being able to be resold are not eligible for a refund.

• Hairprint can only accept returns on products purchased directly from us and from the individual who originally placed the order. All refunds go back to the original method of payment. If you purchased from another retailer or received an item as a gift, you will need to contact that retailer or individual.

• The cost for return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.  Because we pay for these shipping costs up front, this cost is not refundable under any circumstances, even if your return is unable to be accepted.  If a return is unable to be accepted, once received, it is the property of Hairprint and cannot be reshipped back to you.  For this reason, please DO NOT ship items back to us that are ineligible for a return.

• Please do not mail items back to us without going through our automated return process.  If you are an international customer, please contact us for further assistance in making a return. Returns received without RMA numbers will be refused or discarded at the senders expense.

• You are responsible for packing the items appropriately so that they do not get damaged during transit. Returns that are received with damaged items as a result of improper packing are not eligible for a refund. If the carrier is at fault for mishandling the return, you may make a claim with the carrier for reimbursement if applicable.

• Hairprint does not offer product exchanges, so if you're returning an item to purchase something else, proceed with the return and order the correct or preferred item at your convenience (either before or after you have received your refund).

• Gift cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash, but do not expire.
